As per Resolution No. 03286 from Aeronautica Civil, Colombian Aviation Authority, the rates to be charged during the SECOND SEMESTER OF 2010, at the Rafael Nuñez International Airport at Cartagena, are: CONCEPT | NATIONAL | INTERNATIONAL | Landing Fee | $ 4.53213 / Kg | US $ 0.01387 / Kgr | Charge per Hour for Additional Parking | $ 0.22671 / Kgr | US $ 0.00072 / Kgr | Airport tax | $ 13.700 /Passenger | US $ 75.00 /Passenger |
Observations:  The airport rights rates are applied over the operation maximum gross weight (P.B.M.O.) of the aircraft which makes the operation. The night operations will have an overcharge of 20% fover the airport rights rates. DEFINITIONS: AIRPORT TAX: It is the value to be charged to the passengers for using the aiport infrastructure. AiRPORT RIGHTS: It is the cost to be paid by the aircraft users for using the airport infrasturcture. It will be charged according to the rates established every semester by the national air authorities: It includes: Landing and take off operations Use of the runway and taxiing paths for the landing and take off operations Use of visual aids for approximation. Use of ramps, fire-fighting services, safety infrstructure and airport health services. Use of up to three (3) parkings in boarding and disembarking positions, from the moment the aircrafts enters the platform
