Information Desks

For greater comfort, the International Airport Rafael Núñez has an information desk located at the central hall, an area of large transit and visibility, so every question which may come up can be solved promptly.
Attention hours : From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Besides these attention hours at the Information Desks, this service is provided at the Airport Attention Center (CECOA), located at the third floor of the airport.

Lost and Found

Upon arrival at the airport, visitors and passengers will find a Lost and Found service, located at the Information Desk.
Attention hours : From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Baggage

Avianca and Aerorepública lost baggage claim attention points are located at the national arrival terminal.
Avianca has another lost baggage claim point at the international arrival terminal for the same purpose.

Restrooms

The restrooms within the airport facilities are located in front of the national and international departure exits and at the arrival and departure rooms.

Waiting Rooms

The airport has two waiting rooms; one at the national terminal with three boarding gates and an one at the international terminal with two boarding gates. The passenger can comfortably wait in this waiting room for the departure of his flight.


Access to Internet
Costavision complements the telecommunications service with Internet service at the national and international terminal rooms and wireless internet services, with no charge to the passenger.
